Payment Options

We offer flexible payment options, including debit/credit and cash.

  • Debit/Credit: Accepted on our website.
  • Cash: Accepted at the course location.
  • E-transfer: emily@uppercanadafirstaid.ca

No Shows

If you do not show up for a course and do not provide advance notice before the course start time. no refund will be given. However, rescheduling will be accommodated.

Cancellation Policies

Regular In-Class Courses

A full refund will be issued if you request to withdraw from a course with at least five business days notice. 

If you request to withdraw from a course with 2-5 business days notice. A 25$ cancellation fee per person will apply. 

If you request to withdraw from a course with less than two business days notice. No refund will be given however we will accommodate rescheduling free of charge. 

No refunds will be issued if you request to withdraw once the course has started. 

If Upper Canada First Aid cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances. Example- insufficient registrations to run the course. 

Every attempt will be made to reschedule the affected participants. A full refund will be given if no alternate date can be arranged that meets the participants availability. 

Late Policy

If a participant arrives late for a course and the course has already begun, they will be turned away and instructed to sign up for another course. The rescheduling fee will apply.

Did you know that only 20% of information is retained through traditional lecture based learning? That percentage increases to 75% when participants are given the opportunity to practice what they have learned. That’s why we are committed to making our courses as fun and as interactive as possible. We guarantee you will leave our courses feeling prepared to assist someone experiencing a medical emergency and to even save a life!
